Refund policy
This policy explains when Devautomationtools issues refunds for training seats and clinics booked through our team. Prices on the website are informational; payments are arranged offline after a written confirmation.
Eligibility
You may request a full refund if you cancel a Desk Pass or Review Bench seat at least 14 clear days before the confirmed start date and you have not yet received downloadable course packs beyond the welcome note.
Timeframe to request
Refund requests must be emailed within 14 days of payment for cooling-off scenarios where no materials were accessed, or at least 14 days before the start date for scheduled cohorts as above.
Full versus partial refunds
- Full refund: cancellation 14+ days before start with no pack access; or programme cancelled by Devautomationtools.
- Partial refund (50%): cancellation between 13 and 7 days before start, provided live sessions have not begun.
- No refund: cancellations inside 7 days of start, no-shows, or after live sessions begin, except where required by UK consumer law.
Non-refundable items
Custom Assurance Studio preparation already performed against your redacted packs, third-party venue fees, and courier costs for printed materials (if requested) are non-refundable once incurred and itemised on your confirmation.
Refund process
Email contact@devautomationtools.digital with your booking reference, full name, and reason. We confirm eligibility within five working days.
Processing time and method
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 working days of approval. Bank transfers may take additional clearing time depending on your provider.
Cancellation by us
If we cancel a cohort, you may choose a full refund or a transfer to a later date at no extra charge.
Exceptions
We may consider compassionate exceptions (serious illness, bereavement) on a case-by-case basis with supporting information. Statutory rights under UK consumer law are not affected by this policy.
